Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
I. Refine and elaborate the methodological approach to rapid capacity enhancement and coaching of 200 agribusinesses (mainly in Dairy, Meat and Vegetable value chains);
II. Refine and elaborate the methodological approach to assisting 32 agroenterprises to obtain food licenses;
III. Identify human resource requirements to undertake the tasks mentioned in I and II above;
IV. Develop individual TORs for team members and recruit team members to undertake the above mentioned tasks;
V. Develop a plan of implementation with concrete time-lines and deliverables;
VI. Deploy team and supervise and monitor performance to ensure timely and quality outputs;
VII. Coordinate with NABIC team and provide periodic reports on progress;
VIII. Ensure required documents are prepared to provide evidence of completion of above activities and to support project closure.
