Qualification and experiences: Master degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or related discipline; at least 5 years of experience in managing agriculture, livestock or rural development projects; experiences in working with INGOs or reputed national NGOs.
Competencies: Coordination and collaboration with government agencies and private sector; able to cope with diverse work climate and work pressure; able to handle project independently with minimum supervision; ability to plan and prioritize work; fluency in written and spoken English; good report writing skill.
