Oxford Policy Management (OPM) is seeking to recruit a Team Leader for an anticipated regional DFID-funded project. The project seeks to increase cities productivity, improve access to reliable and affordable power, as well as scaling-up economic infrastructure investment in South and South-East Asia. The ideal candidate will be an established Team Leader or Chief of Party, with great experience leading projects involving infrastructure and urban development in South and South-East Asia, particularly Nepal. They will be comfortable liaising with senior members of governments, with public and private sector organisations, and with stakeholders based in multiple countries. As well as overseeing, they will also coordinate with technical experts in urban economic development, spatial planning and infrastructure design and financing.
