Job Description

AAIN is seeking a competent, committed and result oriented candidate for the following position:

Programme Officer (Based at Eastern Resource Centre, Biratnagar)

Key Responsibilities:
The Programme Officer will be responsible to facilitate and support People Living in Poverty and exclusion (PLiP) centric and HRBA based programme implementation in partnership with different project partners and stakeholders to enhance participatory programme design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation systems.

Key Competencies required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or relevant discipline from a recognized University. Master’s degree desirable.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
