KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and manage fundraising and communication strategy that will support the organization to gain and implement projects that reflect our organizational priorities - Plan, coordinate, execute and review all fundraising, marketing and communications activities - Strategically manage all fundraising activities through donor scoping, development of project proposals and donor management - To undertake study and research on ideology, philosophy and thoughts of the National Talent Rupak Raj Sharma in the areas of sports, their documentation, publication, extension and safe custody.
Stakeholder Relationships: - Steward, cultivate and grow government, institutional and corporate partner support - Establish and maintain an active network of contacts with key stakeholders - Represent the organization at events and conferences Activities and Events: - Develop innovative avenues to increase supporter base and fundraising income - Design and deliver fundraising events - Secure resources (both financial aid and in kind) in order to meet strategic priorities and budgeted annual expenditure, as well as increase financial sustainability by building reserves - Manage donor relationships including building rapport and fulfilling funding requirements - Leverage existing relationships for sustained support Marketing and Communications: - Lead the development of the marketing and communications strategy to support events, programmes and activities, including identifying new and exciting opportunities to grow the scope and reach our brand - Establish and facilitate links with media, sports clubs, schools, colleges, INGOs, NGOs, networks and movements - Manage all media relations including press, social media, advertising, marketing and other public relations activities - Manage and maintain researching, generating and editing content and design, production and printing for activity specific collateral - Manage and maintain the organization’s website - Manage and maintain social media channels in accordance with organizational policies on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram General Administration: - Keep updated financial administration and manage information issues and practices of the Organization - Produce major/complex reports for the Organization; - Keep abreast of governmental rules and regulation in the field of human resources, budgetary and financial management; - Performs ad hoc functions as requested.
