Role overview
-
To lead / manage the implementation of the Education Programme Plan and Education projects at the quality outcome desired, to time and budget specifications.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
-
5 years’ Experience of planning and managing projects in education with multiple stakeholders, delivering expected benefits in challenging contexts to tight deadlines.

Ability to build effective working relationships, inspiring confidence and credibility with employees at all levels. Ability to work effectively across a globally dispersed organisation.

Excellent coordination and planning skills with experience of working under pressure. Time management skills.

Experience of successfully monitoring and managing budgets.

Ability to manage a project in a climate of change, recognizing and being open to ambiguity, uncertainty and opportunities.

Practical experience within a volunteering/Non-Government.

Bachelors Degree preferable in education.
