Under the direct supervision of the Programme Policy Officer responsible for Community Development Programme, (CDP) the Programme Associate will have the overall responsibility of facilitating and coordinating the activities at the field level implementation related to Capacity Development and Village Development Periodic Plan preparation contributing to the outputs of the Community Development Programme (CDP) implemented jointly in consortium partnership with RRN Nepal.

Education:
Completion of Secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area. Preferably Bachelors’ degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Social Science with profound knowledge on Governance and local planning process.
Language:
Fluency in both oral and written communication in the English language and in the duty station’s language, if different.
