Program Support Coordinator
Job Description:
The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to all aspects of the program and operations team in Kathmandu, report writing and consolidation, events management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position plays central focal person for Suaahara Information, communicates, and coordinates with the donor (USAID), implementing partners and the GON stakeholders.
• Assisting the CoP and DCoP(s) in their management and coordination tasks, as well as providing secto•vide support
including assistance in operations and program activities.
• Contact and coordination with external parties, including donors. implementing partners. government offices. and other
relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain various Suaahara reports (annual, semiannual program reports) and communicates with USAID
• Coordinate USAID/Suaahara monthly meeting, takes meeting minutes, approval and dissemination to USAID, Kathmandu
team members and District Coordinators with close coordination with CoP and DCoPs.
• Assist in organizing Suaahara PAC meeting, various internal and external coordination meetings.
• Compile Program Calendar on regular basis and disseminate to an prime Suaahara staff members.
Requirement for the role
• Bachelor's Degree in ManagemenUFinance/ Social Science;
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in related field with I/NGOs
• Sound experience in official correspondence including preparing meeting minutes, and in managing documentation
• Good understanding of support service, Knowledge of secretarial service, sound knowledge on event management, workshop, meeting arrangement and on logistic arrangement
