Summary: The person will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing overall program activities of the organisation. This position requires travel to remote areas of the country.
â– Plan, schedule and execute overall programs of the organisation.
â– Manage and supervise program activities in districts and schools.
â– Assist in teacher training, program monitoring, technology deployment in schools.
â– Work with technical team to to estimate, design and procure required technical equipments.
â– Manage and coordinate the maintenance/replacement of equipment from from program schools.
â– Manage the timely release of educational content in coordination with the content development team.
â– Assist in the recruiting of required program staff and volunteers.
â– Prepare progress/monitoring/final reports and report to donors.
â– Manage internal project documentation.
â– Establish and maintain regular contact with various partners and stakeholders, and promote organisation’s mission in public programs.
â– Participate in discussions with officials and experts from the concerned government agencies and other stakeholders.
â– Advise senior management on new and existing programs on improving school education through the use of innovative technology.
â– Minimum Bachelors in Social Science / Education / Arts/ Information Technology with focus in program management
â– Minimum 3 years of experience in managing programs
â– Good verbal and writing skills in English and Nepali
â– Strong presentation skills
â– Relevant experience in management of technical program, training and monitoring
â– Willing to travel to remote areas of Nepal
