Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects, and delivery of core operations
Identify and develop suitable fundraising opportunities, new projects and funds
Coordinate and manage good and interpersonal relationship with internal and external stakeholders for fund raising possibility.
Cultivate and nurture successful and productive relationships with current and potential corporate/foundation sponsors and individual donors
Accurately monitor fundraising progress and produce quality reports for internal and external parties when require
Write compelling grant proposals and bids to corporate, foundation and government funders
Network effectively and ensure PNCC is maximizing opportunities for funding and development at all times
Closely work with EC for report writing and effective communication with donor.
Monitor the progress of the activities on the basis of the work plans and action plans.
Coordinate with the management department for administrative and financial system.
Represent organization when requested.
Carryout any other responsibility as required as assigned by the organization.
Job Specification
Minimum Masters Degree in Social Science/Law/Human Rights and related field having minimum 5 years experience in Fund Raising, Proposal Writing, Program/Project Development, Planning, Management and Implementation.
