Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal-child health, and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. Nepal CRS is looking for the following position for its anticipated project on MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery (MPHD) Nepal.
The MPHD Nepal project goal is to start a successful business model for the private sector to provide quality FP services to adolescents and others in Nepal. MIIPD/Nepal will focus interventions on selected clusters of municipalities in Province 2 and Karnali Province.
All jobs are on the fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of renewal based on performance and availability of funding.

Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed plan and budget for conducting training to the staffs and other project-related personnel of working areas.
Prepare a detailed training calendar for conducting training as mentioned in the project activity Plan.
Program Coordinator will be responsible for making financial expenses, submitting financial reports and events reports
Coordinate with key stakeholders (Provincial Health Directorate, Health Office, Palikas and private sector.) in respective Province and communicate about the project objectives and activities and seek support
Implement, follow and assess the progress of planned program activities on monthly basis and report to Program Manager
Interact and meet with Service Provider /retailers to discuss on the issues and solutions.
Provide regular monitor and supervise of QAOs and support as required
Assist in periodic updating of the IEC/BCC materials
Ensure the availability of and placement of IEC/BCC materials at outlets.
Conduct and arrange the training as per training calendar • Coordinate with resource person for training activities as and when required.
Conduct and educate private sector outlets Service Providers, staffs on the BCC as per project
Coordinating with CBOs, adolescents and youth groups and any other community events for demand generation activities; hold interaction meetings at the community level.
Monitor if the outlets are imparting the service in Adolescent Friendly manner.
Prepare and Approve monthly field visit itinerary QAOs and work accordingly
Prepare monthly/quarterly and program completion reports and carefully review them before submitting to HO
Follow up on use of digital application for online reporting system • Ensure frequent visits to the outlets provide input as appropriate to make this program more effective
Min Qualification and Experience:
At least Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Equivalent from a recognized university with two years of experience in clinical practice or public health-related program management.
Preferred/Additional Qualification:
Bachelor's in Social Science/ Management Experience in leading project implementation in coordination with Provincial Health Directorate, health Office, Palikas. Qualified applicants from the intervention area will be given preference. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

The Nepal Contraceptive Retail Sales (CRS) Project was established in July 1976. Its status was formally acknowledged by the Ministry of Finance in 1978. Financial support was provided by USAID through Westinghouse Electric Inc, USA.
The social marketing of Dhaal, Nepal’s first male contraceptive, was inaugurated by
Princess Prekshya in May 1978. These condoms were sold through 55 outlets in Kathmandu and generated significant sales from the outset. The project introduced Nepal’s first condom vending machine in Kathmandu in 1980.
