To plan for maintenance (periodic, predictive, preventive and proactive)
Go through breakdown register and instruct, monitor for maintenance team.
Checking for Machine equipment from Furnace Pusher area to Bar bending area for possible risks.
Purchase requisition intend and specify Materials for maintenance purpose.
Maintenance works monitoring, maintenance checklist and tracking the work progress.
Utility Periodic maintenance follow up (pumps, Compressors, Hydraulics, Pneumatic Systems, mobile crane, EOT crane, etc.)
Workshop Works monitoring, tracking and tool management.
CNC works monitoring, Programming, prioritizing the jobs and periodic checking for risk.
Reporting to HOD, meeting with Production team for process modification.
Controlling job repetition, Material over use and negligence in job.
Resource allocating and distributing according to need and urgency.
Proper recording of maintenance activities, change records and scheduled maintenance.
