Required Competencies:

Masters degree in Management 1 year of relevant experience in sales OR Graduate in Management with minimum 4 years relevant experience
Preference will be given to those having experience in sales and marketing of construction equipment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively

Major Resposnibilities:

Lead the team to achieve targeted sales volume and market share.
Ensure good coverage in the target market across Nepal
Monitor and report activities of subordinates on periodic basis
Planning and forecasting of monthly sales by trend and seasonal analysis
Daily monitoring of sales process
Annual planning of Key Activities
Plan and coordinate sales promotion & advertisement necessary to increase sales volume
