Business/Product Development Support Responsibilities
1. Assist in executing prodcut strategy with inputs
2. Fostering relationships with technical teams of food producers and work on fortification food prodcuts in line with the Nutrition Guidelines devlopment
3. Assist the Business/Prodcut Development Lead in implementing the wider Nutrition Strategy
Responsibilities
1. Engage with various stakeholders in achieving the targets set forth by the movement.
2. Engage with food technicians of product companies for production
3. Monitoring and evaluating of the production (of food producers)
4. Engage with wider group of food producers (FMCG, Local staples producer) to address the targets
5. Review and update on government policies and guidelines
6. Create and maintain a Knowledge Bank with information relating to nutrition in Nepal to assist in technical decision making
7. Work closely with the Marketing Lead to map potential contact points to further engage at an organizational level
8. Work with NGOs and local community food producers to add diversity and balance between packaged and non-packaged staples.
Eligibility:
1. Work experience in food sector for more than 3 years
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Strong meeting skills
4. Bachelors in Food Technology or relevant field (Masters would be preferred)
5. Work experience with health and nutrition sector would be an added asset.
