Position:

Procurement Officer - 1


Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Comply with procurement procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain transparency, fairness, and accountability in all procurement activities and ensure that all procurement activities adhere with organizational objectives.
  • Obtain price quotations from multiple vendors for required goods and services. Analyze and compare prices, terms, and quality of products offered by different them.
  • Creating and managing purchase orders complying SOPs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive vendor database, including contact details, product offerings, and past performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management (BBA/BBS), or equivalent.
  • Priority for candidates having prior experience.

  • Nala, Ugrachandi, Kavre
