Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend vendors based on established criteria
  • Process purchase orders as per the approved requisitions
  • Ensure the timely delivery of ordered materials
  • Comply with the internal and external policies
  • Ensure cost efficiency on the procurement of goods and services
  • Maintain purchase documents and monitor the purchase activities
  • Coordinate with the user departments and Head Office for effective and smooth operation
  • Maintain local vendor list and purchase report
  • Evaluate vendor performance
  • Maintain vendor relationship
  • Submit report to concerned authorities as required

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
