Job Description

The position holder mil be responsible for the regular procurement of the FM, Nepal.
Logistics Management

  • Facilitate and maintain the day to day proCurement and logistics of the office
  • Provide logistic support to program and administration
  • Coordinate logistic requirements for the district office
  • Receive supplies from the vendor according to the purchase order and fill goods receive note;
  • Update inventory of the equipment's and goods for both expendable and non expendable items
  • Update and manage office/store inventory

Procurement Management

  • Regular Procurement- Program & Admin
  • Facilitate procurement process as per policy
  • Maintain a roster of the, firms and vendors
  • Process vendor payment to finance with complete documentation
  • Ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed 

Requirement for the role

  • Minimum of 10+2 advantage to be given to bachelor's degree in management / related field.
  • At least 6 months professional work experience in Procurement,
  • Administration & logistic managements.
  • Excellent written and spoken Nepali and English
