Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal child health and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. CRS is looking for following position for its anticipated project on tuberculosis control through public private mix model in selected 6 metropolitans (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Biratnagar, Bharatpur, Birgunj) and sub metropolitan city (Nepalgunj) of Nepal.

Job Type : Fixed Term Contract (annually renewal based on performance and availability of funding).
PPM Mobilizer : No. : 28
Roles and Responsibilities: Implementation of Public Private Mix (PPM) interventions in the respective district. Coordinate and maintain key programmatic partnerships with pharmacies, doctors and other partners. Timely implement and monitor PPM activities at local level and produce routine progress report.
Minimum Qualification/Experience: Intermediate in pharmacy/general medicine/management/social science with 3 years of experience working as a Medical Representative for reputed pharmaceutical company's or in similar field.
Preferred/Additional Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant field and experience working with medical doctors and chemist. Computer skills, Communication and facilitation skills will be an asset.

The Nepal Contraceptive Retail Sales (CRS) Project was established in July 1976. Its status was formally acknowledged by the Ministry of Finance in 1978. Financial support was provided by USAID through Westinghouse Electric Inc, USA.
The social marketing of Dhaal, Nepal’s first male contraceptive, was inaugurated by
Princess Prekshya in May 1978. These condoms were sold through 55 outlets in Kathmandu and generated significant sales from the outset. The project introduced Nepal’s first condom vending machine in Kathmandu in 1980.
