1. To study the breakdown nature during production.
2. To plan for maintenance (periodic, predictive, preventive, and proactive)
3. Go through the breakdown register and instruct, monitor for the maintenance team.
4. Checking for Machine equipment from Furnace Pusher area to Bar bending area for possible risks.
5. Purchase requisition intend and specify Materials for maintenance purposes.
6. Maintenance works monitoring, maintenance checklist, and tracking the work progress.
7. Utility Periodic maintenance follow-up (pumps, Compressors, Hydraulics, Pneumatic Systems, mobile crane, EOT crane, etc.) 8. Workshop Works monitoring, tracking and tool management.
9. CNC works monitoring, Programming, prioritizing the jobs, and periodic checking for risk.
10. Reporting to HOD, meeting with the Production team for process modification.
11. Controlling job repetition, Material overuse, and negligence in the job.
12. Resource allocating and distributing according to need and urgency.
13. Proper recording of maintenance activities, change records, and scheduled maintenance.
To handle overall factory operations, production, and maintenance planning.
Work in coordination with other department members
Reporting to Factory Head on day to day activities
Candidate with 12-15 Years of experience from the rolling mill industry would be preferred
Nepalese citizen would be prioritized
