Hotel Nana is one of the leading hotel chains in Nepal. We have two limited service hotels, one in Thamel and one in Sauraha. We are now expanding into the premium range with a new resort in Nawalparasi. The resort has 22 rooms and is set along the Narayani river across the Chitwan National Park.
The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the entire operations of a 20-25 room Jungle resort hotel in Chitwan (Sauraha).
Primary responsibilities of a Person In-charge are:
· Take care of the entire guest stay and ensure every guest has a great experience.
· Oversee and Coordinate all activities as well as be able to lead clients/groups on all activities.
· Oversee the entire Resort premise and assets
· Oversee the entire operation of the Resort
· Oversee conferences and events
· Manage a team of 15-30 people
· Should be able to consistently meet targets and goals
· Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
· Effectively resolving guest complains
· Completing required paperwork
· Conducting regular and timely reporting
· Carrying out Marketing and Sales Activities
· Being a local representative for the company
Education
· Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Education background in Hotel Management and Tourism is preferred. Background/ good knowledge of Animals, Plants and Ecology are a bonus. Applicants with prior work experience in Jungle Resorts are strongly recommended to apply
