Practical Action has an exciting opportunity for a ‘Manager - People and Culture’ to join as a member of their Regional Management Team based in Nepal. Reporting to the Regional Director, the position will be accountable for leading on planning and delivery of our people, leadership and culture enabling objective, ensuring alignment to our global approach and supporting management in strengthening our investment in people. This will include playing a regional role supporting the India office and be a part of the Global People and Culture team.
