Minimum 5 years' progressively responsible experience in development and project management as well 3 years' experience with partner activities and institutional strengthening. University degree in international development, business or organizational development. Master's degree preferred. Strong capacity to facilitate collaboration between partners and different departments. Experience with project management, capacity-building, including training and mentoring as well as developing training materials. Excellent interpersonal, communication, representation and networking skills.
