Based in country office, reporting to the Head of Operations and Human Resources, the role is to manage the Country Office Support Services Functions effectively and efficiently through providing high level support to employees and volunteers. Major Responsibilities of this post includes managing the volunteers and staff security, administer the procurement, facilities and volunteer’ information in the system |
You must have bachelor’s degree (master prefer) with at least 3- 5 years of experience in similar capacity (particularly on security management). Proven experience of working with multi-cultural team, excellent communication skills and managing people is must. |
