Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, HR, logistics, or admin at officer level. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field. Understanding of financial systems, including budgeting and budget/expense analysis experience preferred. Knowledge of public donors' regulations, a plus.
