Job Description
Provide operational support for the Service Center:
Assist customers with documentation for both import and export
Assists with operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information
Process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process
Previous customer service experience preferred
Computer skill required
Exceptional ability to multi-task required
Take greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function.
Provide operational support to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies
