KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Administration:
• Process approved BCA/SIF/TER/other credit approvals through the relevant stages to issuance of SCC/PSCC/DDN .
• Accurately and timely preparation /execution of security and other loan document other than mortgage deed for Business Banking clients.
• To update security and constitutional documents in CMS system as per standard process and guidelines.
• Handling of physical documents as per the standard process of Document Lodgement/Safe Custody/Withdrawal.
• Use standard vetted templates of security and contractual documents or take guidance/ approval from Legal/Credit to use non-standard documents.
• To send report/ reminders to the stakeholders on stock statement, insurance and other collateral expiry as per agreed frequency
Risk Management:
• Check the computer records associated with credit risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, group credit policy and NRB directives.
• Adhered and comply for all checks and control to prevent potential losses to the Bank.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with Group Credit Policy and approval terms.
• Ensure that all documentation is reviewed as per standard process for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures in relation to money laundering prevention and ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis/any suspicious transaction reported immediately to the supervising officer.
• Ensure CDD & CIC requirement has been completed before drawdown of loan.
Relationship Management/Customer Service:
• Providing efficient and accurate responses to customer and internal queries
• Pro-actively anticipating customer requirements (handling routine customer enquiries relating to the account transactions, documentation, and reporting and general customer support).
Continuous Improvement/Change Implementation:
• Provide good ideas
• Supporting changes
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Understanding on eBBS, Collateral Management System (CMS) and Single Identifier (SCI).
• Should be Graduate in any field. Qualification in Business, Accountancy, Commerce or Economics would be advantageous.
• Understanding of Lending Products and its documentation.
• Well versed with related credit and operational policies.
• Good skill of translating and typing in Devanagari (Nepali) script from terms and conditions available/ approved in English language.
• Proven computer literacy and familiarity with core systems would be advantageous.
