Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) with at least 5 years’ experience in civil engineering especially in structural design and building construction
Strong planning, supervising, and program development skills
Expertise in designing and delivering training programs based on the needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to travel frequently to districts throughout the country
Preferred:
Experience of undertaking school construction work at community level by mobilizing local contribution
