Quality Control: Ensuring the authenticity and quality of spare parts received from suppliers to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts transactions, including purchases, sales, and stock movements.
Coordination: Collaborating with service and sales teams to understand their spare parts requirements and ensure the availability of necessary parts.
Customer Service: Assisting customers and service technicians in identifying the right spare parts for vehicle repairs or maintenance, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Reporting: Generating reports on inventory levels, procurement status, and spare parts consumption for management review.
Cost Efficiency: Implementing inventory control measures to reduce excess inventory and optimize spare parts costs while ensuring adequate availability for servicing and sales needs.
