Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Orientating new employees
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Performing administrative tasks
Handle employee grievances and provide basic counseling to employees who have performance related obstacles
Assist other department heads and supervisors as per requirement
Job Specification
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
