Job Description

  • Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
  • Verify that each step in the delivery process is properly completed, including product handover, documentation, and briefing.
  • Ensure customers receive a proper video demonstration of the product (if applicable).
  • Brief customers on warranty terms and conditions.
  • Provide and explain product manuals, ensuring customers are familiar with the features and usage. Assign and communicate charging instructions.
  • Ensure that dealers are following the established delivery process, including timely product handovers and proper customer interactions.
  • Verify all required delivery documentation is completed, including customer details, bank documents, receipts, warranty cards, and invoices.
  • Ensure paperwork is filed accurately and is available for auditing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, or issues.
  • Track shipments and ensure they are delivered on time, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
  • Resolve any issues related to damaged goods while delivery, incorrect deliveries, or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the delivery process and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Sales.
  • 1 year of experience in same field.
  • Strong understanding of showroom sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Must have two wheelers with a valid license.
