Job Description

  • Asset Management
  • Security Management
  • Vehicle Management
  • House keeping Management.
  • Administering Lease Agreement, AMC, Contracts
  • Arrangement of vehicles, Hotels and support services to the visitors when required.
  • Procurement of office equipments, stationery, electronic gadgets etc.
  • Vendor Payment follow up
  • Repair and maintenance of office buildings, office vehicles.
  • Payment of road tax, house rent, utility bills, insurance premiums, vendor bills and others.
  • Insurance of vehicles and employees.
  • Vehicle Registration, Renewal of Blue Book of office vehicles. 
  • Responsible for the safety of the office equipment, office premises and office assets for the smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on admin expenses and office budgets

 

Job Specification

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer at-least for 3-5 years
  • Solid knowledge of admin procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
