Job Description

 

  1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
  5. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  8. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  9. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  10. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
  11. Monitor and control company expenses.
  12. Verify and process expense reports and reimbursements.
  13. Provide support to the finance team in various accounting projects and initiatives.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Good organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
