Job Description

Handles petty expenses and utility payments
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
Interacts with supervisors and carries out their requests.
Keep a record of inward and outward of goods and restock the store accordingly.
Preparing periodic reports for petty cash, stock items etc.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Job Specification

Bachelors complete
1-2 years of experience is preferred in related field
Strong Attention to detail is required
Good analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Computer literate, proficient using Microsoft office package.
Own vehicle and license is must.
