Should work as a coordinator sharing different information to respective team members based on their work
Handle email, telephone calls and do all office communications within and out of the organization
Provide secretarial services which include assisting office executives in preparing business proposal, different types of report and all other office related jobs
Inventory Management
Logistic support and co-ordination
Management of In and out office document including business proposal and should be able to retrieve them immediately when required
Schedule follow up with customers, suppliers and team members for all office related works
Prepare daily report of the jobs
Job Specification
Should have good inter-personal communication skills.
Should have good English & Nepali communication skills(both oral and verbal)
Should have good learning attitude
Should have minimum computer skills to use Internet, Email, MS Excel, MS Word, Fax, MS Power Point and should able to type in both English and Nepali.
Should have idea on basic accounting and bookkeeping.
