Greet parents/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner and direct them to the right department
Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, designing and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Communicate notices to concerned departments
Assist top management with secretarial tasks such as mail, faxes, courier, scan, and copying and other asked tasks
Arrange meetings and other arrangements for top management
Follow-up tasks assigned and report tasks completed to supervisor
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Research information needed
