Nepal Agriculture Market Development Programme (NAMDP) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Government of Nepal. The project is being implemented jointly by Swisscontact and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED). We invite applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions:
Office Assistant – 1
Supervisor: Admin and HR Officer
Purpose of the job: Under the supervision of the Admin Assistant, he/she will help in the day to day office activities
Required Qualification
- Must have completed School Leaving Certificate
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar office environment
- Must be able to read and write in English as well as understand and communicate in English
- Must be able to multi-task and take responsibilities independently
- Having driving license of light vehicle and/or motorcycle is an advantage
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist in making deliveries of office documents
- Assist in making bank deposits and tax payments
- Assist in photo copying and binding of documents
- Assist in making payment of office utilities
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the Admin Assistant
