Responsible for round the clock monitoring of the network infrastructure.
Detect and respond to alarms, open tickets, assist with troubleshooting as required.
Resolve the issue by utilizing documented processes and run books.
Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate.
Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting activities as required.
Ensure ticket handover during shift changes in accordance to operations guidelines.
Working on WAN link issue isolation.
Bachelor in computer engineering or computer related field.
Max. 1 year of work experience in ISP is preferred.
Technical understanding of inter networking technologies.
Knowledge on MPLS technology is preferred.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a tight schedule.
Flexible attitude towards work.
