As a Project Support, your job will be the bridge between two sets of clients: customers and workers. You will be the point person for project being delivered in night shift. You understand the project requirement and the business rules. You need to communicate with clients and convey the information to workers to make sure the work is done well. You will be working at the time when pods/project members are on rest, if any problems come in you need to be able to solve them so that the work goes smooth or escalate to the team lead in an emergency case.
You have a good command over written and spoken English. You enjoy working at night, you are most productive then. You are a fast learner, love to keep things organized, juggle multiple tasks at the same time. You are results-focused and innovative.
