• Recruit and tram manpower for assigned territory
• Develop safes strategies and set sates targets for Individual reps and t.:am St whole
• Allocate areas to sales representative
• Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
• Maintain and Increase Sales and Subscription target
• Compile analyse sales figure
• Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
• Build rapport with Dealers, retailers and shopkeepers
• Conduct research in finding new advertising clients in the given territory
• Maintain relationships with new and existing advertisers

Qualification

• Master Degree In Management preferably with specialization In Sales/ Marketing
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field

• Strong communication and analytical skirts
• Muss possess strong consumer and product awareness
• Possess excellent presentation. interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must possess the skills to work both in team and also perform independently
