Required Competencies:

At Least 3 years of experience in Officer Level in BFIs and other in related field.

Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.

Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as per organization planning.

Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change.
Qualifications:

Master Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably in HR Management)
