Job Description

Field Visit for fiber related tasks as assigned by Fiber Task Co-ordinate.

Support customer and provide immediate L1 level field support

Assist fiber team in order to perform fiber tasks promptly, efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and update to customers and others departments for any purpose regarding fiber Installation and Troubleshooting
-
Submit daily report of task performed by fiber groups.

Collect data and maintain documentation of fiber task
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Intermediate pass
-
Must have 2 wheeler vehicle with valid driving license
-
Good communication skills, polite and punctual
-
Knowledge about fiber technology and google earth
-
Ability to configure manageable switch and SoHo routers will be an advantage
-
Team management skills with ability to work under pressure

Work under shift and in over time, if required
