NB Insurance, a pioneer in General Insurance Company revitalizing itself with an effective and dedicated new management seeks application from qualified, dynamic, innovative, visionary, talented and result oriented Nepalese Citizens for Administrative cum HR Head position as specified below:

1. Administrative cum HR Head -1 (Head Office)

Academic Qualification Working Experience

• MBA or equivalent from esteemed and recognized Universities
• Preference will be given to candidates having Master's Degree with Managerial working experience in Banking/Insurance for 1 year or Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years working experience in Banking/ Insurance field.

Key Expertise Required:

• Should possess skills with capability of Human Resource planning, Motivating & Leadership traits to supervise the team.
• Should possess decent skills for presentation and business communication.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills in regard to Office Package, Email Internet with Nepali Typing most
• Should possess the ability to work under pressure with proactive ability to work independently. o Age should not exceed 40 years as on last date of application submission.
