Job Description
Knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches and other wireless devices
Should have basic knowledge in, tune and optimize different open source packages for services like Web server, Mail, DNS, RADIUS, VPN, WHM, Database, Cluster components, LDAP, etc.
Should have good knowledge of System Security, Backup and Replication, Load balancing and server clustering technologies.
Working knowledge of SNMP monitoring and graphing systems e.g. Nagios, Cacti, Open NMS etc.
Provide Technical Network Support to corporate customers
Respond and resolve user service calls & enquiries
Be courteous, prompt and polite to clients all the time and deliver excellent customer service.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
