Job Description

Education

  • Master’s degree in law or equivalent, preferably with a focus on gender, human rights, and justice.

Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the legal or justice sector;
  • Proven experience in coordinating review of the existing legislation and conducting desk review/ research, legal analysis, and legal drafting;
  • Technical expertise in women’s human rights and endign violence against women;
  • A strong understanding of the judicial system in Nepal;
  • Proven expertise on federal governance system;
  • A strong record in designing and leading legal study.

Language

  • Excellent command of written and oral English.
