Required Skills and Experience Education: Completion of Master’s degree in Development Studies/ Mass Communication, Social Sciences or related fields. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in development monitoring, communication and reporting; Experience in documentation, publication, and audio-visual material preparation in relation to development fields; Working experience with UNDP and understanding of UNDP policy and procedures will be an advantage asset; Experience in preparing analytical reports, policy advice, data analysis and research in poverty, vulnerability and gender equality. Language Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali. Other: Computer skills in a standardized database management software preferably good command in excel, SPSS etc.; Having good knowledge and application of software such as PowerPoint, Prezi and others.
