Job Description

Key responsibilities:

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining and updating the database system, preparing half yearly and annual performance reports in close coordination with the program units and field offices. S/he will be responsible for assisting field team to implement HB annual plan including monitoring and evaluation plan.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in one of the disciplines in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management with at least 3 years of working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of particularly in forestry, climate change adaptation, disaster reduction and/or watershed management project.
