1. Monitoring Evaluation and Accountability Officer (Based in Gorkha)
Key responsibilities:
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability Officer will lead every M&E and accountability at the district level with continuous support from the Country Office. S/he will be the focal person for utilizing the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system, implementing data collection and analysis tools developed for the earthquake response program. S/he will also be responsible for making sure that accountability benchmarks and complaints handling mechanism are implemented at the district level.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject from a recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience in tracking change, M&E and documenting learning, capacity building and/or program analysis.
