Required Skills and Experience
Education:
A Masters Degree in Economics and Statistics or relevant field from recognised University.
Specialisation in Econometrics or Statistics would be desired
Experience:
S/he must have three years experience of working in the area related to enterprise and/or poverty reduction programmes and should posses experience in developing monitoring and evaluation strategy, and result measurement systems for such programme;
The candidate should have experience in communication and producing quality reports and should be able to disseminate information to different levels of stakeholders with the application of participatory tools.
Computer Skills:
S/he must be well versed in windows Systems such as MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint including some other software packages in computer including Nepali typing.
Language requirement:
S/he must be fluent in both spoken and written Nepali and English languages. Excellent report writing skills is essential.
