Job Description

Job Description

  • Schedule for advertisement space and ensure proper advertisement placements in the newspaper, The Himalayan Times
  • Coordinate with the clients, advertising agencies and internaly with different departments for advertisement scheduling
  • Assist in advertising space seling activities
  • Make necessary follow ups for verification of billing details and completion of required documents
  • Assist in the preparation of MIS reports which include details on billing, recovery and advertisement data analysis

Qualification 

  • Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent, specialization in Finance/ Marketing
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role

Requirement/Skills

  • Hardworking, self motivated and able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skits in both English and Nepali
  • Ability to work under pressure and during unsociable hours
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
