Job Description

  • Update transit status of goods in coordination with MIS-Team Leader
  • Share the tracking sheet with Warehouse officer
  • Goods receipt in System with Item, Quantity, Rate, Batch Code, MRP, Expiry date
  • Document the insurance claims in case of transit damage
  • Distribute the orders among the team members
  • Get approval of the Logistic Manager on invoice before dispatch
  • Send one copy of invoice to Head Office for accounting
  • Send the attendance of outsource staffs to Head Office upon recommendation from the Logistic Manager for approval
  • Send the attendance of company staff to Head Office upon recommendation from Logistic Manager
  • Send the Stock Report to Logistic Manager and Head Office
  • Send the Stock aging report to Logistic Manager and Head Office
  • Update the Order, Invoicing and Dispatch status on Google chrome and send to Logistic Manager and Head Office
  • Provide Lost orders report to Logistic Manager and Head Office
  • Provide the Damage and Expiry stock report to Logistic Manager and Head Office

Job Specification

  • Qualification: Preferable Bachelor completed (BBA, BIM)
  • Experience: At least 2 years in related field
  • Knowledgeable about Management Information System (MIS), its techniques & uses
  • Good command over written & spoken English
  • Should have ethical values
  • Should have coordination ability
  • Gender: Male
  • Candidate with two-wheeler and driving license will be given preference
  • Offered Package: 15K-20K (depending upon the candidate)
